CARGOSSPED Ltd. has just concluded an agreement aiming at the implementation of the ERP/MRP II information system Impuls 5 designed by the Engineering Office for Digital Systems Joint Stock Co.

With the implementation of the Impuls 5 system, CARGOSPED will acquire a premium tool of high technical standard to manage the Company’s activities: the commercial, forwarding services, accounting and finance, as well as human resources. This will assure easier, transparent and faultless management of all activities of the Company.

The system will also rationalize the flow of information between the Head Office and local branches of the Company. Introducing the standardization and simplification of business processes, the system will foster budgeting and controlling improvement. This will affect positively the overall efficiency and capabilities of the Company as a whole enabling a greater focus on the customer and his needs.

At the same time, CARGOSPED is putting into operation an information system designed to arrange and manage the freight  forwarding  and  logistics.  The  system  known  as   NEWSPED  is  a product of the Czech firm JERID.

A large spectrum of possibilities offered by the system will facilitate and improve the everyday work of forwarding agents and consequently the Company’s activity.

The  dynamic  development  of  CARGOSPED  Ltd.  aiming  at  transforming  the  Company  from a forwarding agent into a logistics operator, as well as, a constantly more competitive TSL services market forced the Company to look for new solutions to optimize the Company’s activities comprehensively. The aim of the optimization is to win customer’s satisfaction with the substantially improved quality of the services offered.
