CARGOSPED Ltd.
The CARGOSPED Ltd. was founded on 29th February 2000 under the No. 45 Polish National Railways State Enterprise Board Act from 18th February 2000.
Under the CARGOSPED Ltd.’ s Partner (i.e. PKP S.A.) Act from 29th April 2005 and under the No. 16/2005 the Extraordinary PKP CARGO Inc. General Meeting Act from 31st May 2005, and according to District Court Decision, XIXth Economic Department of the National Court Register (the KRS), from 28th September 2005 PKP CARGO Inc. holds 100% of CARGOSPED Ltd. shares.
